Dr. Rahn A. Ravenell, DPM, is a Board-Certified podiatrist serving patients in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. He has received extensive training in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and diabetic limb salvage and has a special interest in pediatric and adult flatfoot reconstruction.

Dr. Rahn A. Ravenell obtained his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at Dekalb Medical in Decatur, Georgia. He has contributed as an author in four of the last five editions of the Podiatry Institute’s “Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery Annual Update,” a text that compiles the most up-to-date information regarding foot and ankle surgery. Dr. Ravenell has lectured across the United States on the treatment of bunions, peroneal tendon pathology, and protocols for deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis and treatment.

In his spare time, Dr. Ravenell enjoys exploring the magnificent Charleston restaurant scene with his wife Dr. Tamika Ravenell. He also enjoys weight training, kayaking, fiddling with the trumpet, and hanging out with his two sons.
